Rinban is a shift calendar for people on rotating schedules. Draw your rotation once and years of shifts fill in. Alarms follow your schedule, and hours and estimated pay add up by your own pay period. No ads, no subscription, no account.
What it does
Draw your rotation once
Templates for 2-2-3, DuPont, 4 on 4 off and more, or draw your own cycle of 1 to 112 days. Crew changes and pauses start from the date you pick, so past shifts never change.
Stamp a month in seconds
Pick a shift, then tap or drag across the days. Log swaps, cover shifts, overtime and leave right on the day, and keep a second job separate.
Alarms that follow your shifts
Built on the iOS system alarm (AlarmKit), so they ring even in Silent mode and Focus. Days off stay quiet, and swapped shifts move their alarms.
Hours and estimated pay
Scheduled and actual hours, night hours, overtime and days in a row, totalled by your pay period, with every number showing how it was worked out.
Lunar dates and holidays
Public holidays for Taiwan, Japan and Korea, plus lunar dates, the 24 solar terms and Japanese rokuyo and era years. Add your own days off anywhere.
Widgets and sharing
See tomorrow's shift on your Lock Screen and Home Screen. Send a month as an image, PDF or calendar file, or let family with Rinban follow your schedule live through iCloud.
Your data belongs to you
No data collection, no accounts, no ads, no tracking. Your data lives on your devices and in your own iCloud, where we can't see it.
